Charity Organization “Charity Foundation “Station Kharkiv” takes care of your personal information and makes sure it is well protected. - Who are we?
We are the charity fund “Station Kharkiv” located at Dmytrivska st 20, Kharkiv 61052, Ukraine. “Station Kharkiv” hereinafter will be referred to as “we” and websites Station. Kharkiv as “our(s)”. - What does the Privacy Policy encompass?
As in the Privacy Policy applies to all our websites which are: https://station.kharkiv.ua/ , https://station.kharkov.ua/.
- What data do we collect and why?
Data that we collect is arranged into two categories: technical information and data received from the user.
- Technical information. When you open our website, some data is collected automatically. We need technical data for functioning, maintenance, and improvement of our website. It includes the following data: IP address, UTM parameters, geolocation, type of device and browser, cookie files and data about your interaction with the website (session ID). Session ID includes: your interaction with the website, the name of the website you transferred from, the site functions you used, pages you used on our website, the way you used our website, as well as actions you perform on the website if there are any.
- Data received from the user. For correct identification and effective use of your donation, to give you feedback on the results of public fundraisers or the results of handling funds as well as to identify your money transfer and to answer any further questions, we need your full name, last name, phone number, payment information and email.
- How long do we store your information?
We store your data for 36 months. However, you may use the right for deletion of your information. In this case it will be deleted in the course of 30 days after receiving your request.
- Do we disclose your data to third parties?
We use your data for carrying out our statute activity as well as fulfillment of our responsibilities in accordance with the mutually agreed juristic acts. We can disclose your information on the following conditions in order to implement the norms of legislation.
We will disclose your personal data to third parties in a required quantity for:
- carrying out a state request, decree of a court, or a relevant legislation;
- protection from the claims of third parties;
- assistance in fraud prevention and investigation.
Disclosure to third parties. We disclose your personal data to third parties on the grounds of public offering for processing from our name in accordance with technical and organizational measures for your personal data protection (for example, for processing of your credit cards and payments).
- Do we use cookies?

- What rights for your information do you have?
As a subject of personal data, you have the following rights:

- a right for portability. You may ask for all the data that you provided to us as well as request to pass data possession to another controller.
- a right for the limitation of processing. You may fully or partially forbid us to process your personal data.
- a right for submission of complaints. If your request wasn’t satisfied, you may submit a complaint to the regulating authority which is the Commissioner for Human Rights of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine at omb@ombudsman.gov.ua.
- a right for deletion of information. You may send a request for deletion of your personal information from our systems. To use your rights, send us an email at station.kharkiv@gmail.com. If your request is not satisfied, you can submit your complaint to the regulating authority which is the Commissioner for Human Rights of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine at omb@ombudsman.gov.ua.
- How do we update Privacy Policy?
This privacy policy and the legal relations that undergo its force are regulated in accordance with the law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection. Effective laws and requirements for the processing of personal data may change. In such case, we will release a new Privacy Policy on our site. If we apply notable changes, which might affect your privacy and confidentiality, we will communicate it via email or display this information on the website and ask for your permission.
