A culture of respect for human rights, critical thinking, civic activism, and concern for the fate of one&#8217;s community and country should be the basic values of a modern Ukrainian.<br>Our sub-grantees have developed a pilot curriculum for the development of participatory democracy in the Shcherbaniv Lyceum in Poltava Oblast.
